	About the Wayne E Mitchell Center The WEMCenter is a 501c3 Non profit Community Organization located in Charlotte, NC. Founded in 2005 by Ceretha Mitchell Butler, her vision is to be the largest Center for Family Preservation on the East Coast. The four main goals are: 1. Inspiring leadership and empowering our clients to make positive changes in their lives. 2. Open Communication for all Men, Women and children to express their opinions, desires and experiences. 3. Raise Awareness on issues such as Wrongful Death, Discrimination and much more. 4. To help keep communities safe and clean.
