Victims Rights / Mediation

These programs are designed to help victims with their legal rights in the justice system by keeping them updated on the different laws within the state they reside. The programs will work to form partnerships with police officers, lawyers and probation officers.

Need a Mediator?

Mediation is a process in which two or more people involved in a dispute come together to try to find a fair and workable solution to their problem. They do so with the help of a mediator, a neutral third person who is trained in cooperative conflict resolution techniques. We will resolve your problems and save you money from litigation and arbitration.

The WEMCenter can help you with cases involving

  • Consumer vs. Merchant
  • Landlord vs. Tenant
  • Neighbor vs. Neighbor

If you are having a problem and would like to resolve it out of court please fill out the intake form and someone will contact you and help get the issue resolved. Most agencies charge you $500 or if you go to a lawyer. You may pay $1,000 for this process, but here at the WEMCenter we charge a sliding scale fee from $45-$75 for the whole process. As your mediator, this fee will require a review of mediation rules, gathering of documents, identifying goals, and agreement form completed for each person to sign.
